Since August 2017, Major League Baseball has made it an annual tradition to bring Major League players to Williamsport, PA to attend the Little League World Series and interact with young fans before playing the Little League Classic game at Journey Bank Ballpark at Historic Bowman Field. Canopy Team worked closely with MLB’s Global Events team, Little League, and event production partners to support event operations and logistics at both the Little League International Complex and Bowman Field.

Canopy Team supported ballpark operations, game presentation, transportation, player movements, and event logistics, while coordinating the movement and experience of Little League and Major League players throughout the event. For the 2026 matchup between the Atlanta Braves and Milwaukee Brewers, Canopy led operational and logistical planning for player arrivals and activities at the Little League Complex, including coordinating operations with MLB and Little League security and, transportation teams, overseeing player interactions with Little League participants and fans, and coordinating any player and VIP food and beverage needs. At Bowman Field, Canopy supported MLB Global Events and its event partners on ballpark operations and managed Little League player movements, including team receiving, escorts, pre-game activities, seating, and post-game transitions.
