Michael Oyekola joins Canopy Team as a Project Intern following his recent graduation from the University of Maryland with a Bachelor of Science in Architecture. He brings prior experience in construction and project coordination through his previous internship with Whiting-Turner, where he supported documentation management and collaborated with subcontractors and project stakeholders. At Canopy, Michael assists the project management team across various phases of sports and entertainment projects, contributing to design development, coordination, and general project support as he gains exposure to the field of sports architecture.

Following his internship this summer, Michael will begin his Master of Architecture studies at the University of Manchester. Outside of work, he enjoys sports, music, and spending time with family and friends.
