Stephanie Gregg joins Canopy Team after spending 15 years as an executive at the Boston Red Sox. Hired as a Fenway Ambassador in March 2006, Stephanie served the organization in a number of roles, including as Vice President of Fan Services & Entertainment. During her time with the Red Sox, Stephanie was instrumental in the creation and rollout of the club’s “Monster Service” brand and was also a leader in the formation of inclusive spaces and opportunities for fans at Fenway Park. As the club’s liaison to the Red Sox players and coaches’ families for several seasons, Stephanie oversaw the operations of the ballpark’s family room and its members’ charitable initiatives. Following the 2013 Boston Marathon bombings, Stephanie cultivated relationships, on behalf of the club, with many of those impacted and was responsible for creating a comfortable and safe environment for their subsequent visits to Fenway Park. In 2021, Stephanie coordinated the daily operations of a mass vaccination site at Fenway Park, which was established by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the Red Sox during the COVID-19 pandemic.
In her role as Project Associate with Canopy Team, Stephanie consults on guest experience strategy, development, quality control, and event programming for Major League Baseball events, and lends her expertise and guidance to other projects.
A native of Boston, Stephanie is a graduate of Boston Latin School and Harvard College where she received a B.A. in history. A lifelong Red Sox fan, one of her favorite memories working for her hometown team was showing Nomar Garciaparra her childhood scrapbook of all his newspaper clippings. Stephanie resides in suburban Philadelphia with her husband, Kevin, and their three sons, Oliver, Sammy, and Jackie. While the boys may be growing up Phillies fans, Stephanie has made it clear that the only acceptable NBA team to cheer for is the 2024 World Champion Boston Celtics.
