Josh Ball joins Canopy Team with a background in real estate, stadium financing, and sports business. Josh previously worked with RCLCO as a real estate consultant, where he played a critical role in market studies for the New Aloha Stadium Entertainment District (NASED) and the planned redevelopment of Angel Stadium. He has a broad range of experience working on large, mixed-use projects for sports teams, universities, cities, and private developers.  

As Project Coordinator at Canopy Team, Josh helps align the vision of sports-anchored real estate projects to meet the needs of ownership and the surrounding community. He also brings an analytical eye to design-oriented projects and works to improve the fan experience.

Josh graduated from USC with a degree in Policy, Planning, and Development. He has traveled to 45 states and 11 countries. As a lifelong fan of USC athletics, the Dodgers, Lakers, and Arsenal, you can usually find him watching a game when he isn’t working.
