Canopy Team is serving as an owner’s representative for the Los Angeles Sparks’ new WNBA training facility, providing strategic leadership throughout planning, design, construction, and project implementation. Acting as an extension of ownership, our team translates the organization’s vision into clear project objectives while coordinating architects, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders throughout the development process. Canopy oversees all facets of project management and milestone tracking, while representing the client in project-related communications. Through active participation in design and construction meetings and coordination with local agencies, our team ensures the clients’ vision remains aligned from concept through delivery.

Beyond project oversight, Canopy advises on site planning, facility operations, brand expression, placemaking, and sponsorship activation to strengthen the team’s identity throughout the facility. Working closely with Sparks leadership, we integrate operational priorities into the building’s functional design while overseeing FF&E, wayfinding, and environmental graphics from procurement to installation.
