Canopy Team has worked with the Miami Marlins for ongoing updates and improvements to loanDepot Park. Our team collaborated with their front office, architects, general contractors, and designers to strategize and execute short- and long-term enhancements to the team’s south Florida home.

For the 2025 season, our project management team helped complete improvements and FF&E installations to player spaces including expanding the weight room and athletic training spaces. In addition to these player amenities, we relocated and expanded the family room and kids’ areas with new finishes and thoughtful FF&E. With a strategic timeline and elite collaboration of partners, the project was complete during the offseason without the disruption of play.
