Jackie Riggleman

Jackie Riggleman joins Canopy Team with industry expertise in management and revenue strategy in addition to vast venue operations experience. During her time at the Pittsburgh Pirates, Jackie led the business planning strategies for the facility operations team and developed organizational business goals for the Pirates’ Major League, Spring Training, and Dominican facilities’ year-to-year strategic planning. She also helped craft and implement the strategic vision for the Pirates as well as managed renovations to PNC Park since 2021.

Before her time with the Pirates, Jackie was an instrumental part of the team that opened Monongalia County Ballpark, home of the West Virginia University Mountaineers and West Virginia Black Bears. As its business manager, she supervised and managed team business operations. From financial operations, ticketing, and inventory management to marketing strategy and community programs, Jackie developed and executed revenue strategies while also overseeing the PDL relationship with the Pirates.

At Project Manager at Canopy Team, Jackie leads work with her former team at the Pirates in addition to other project leadership and business development efforts.

Born and raised in West Virginia, Jackie holds a B.S. in Journalism and Masters in Sports Management from West Virginia University. While she lives in Pittsburgh and loves the Steel City, her heart will always be a Mountaineer.
