Canopy Team worked closely with BaAM Productions, Major League Baseball, and venue partners to support operations for the 2025 and 2026 MLB East-West Classic at historic Rickwood Field, the oldest professional baseball park in the United States. Canopy led operational staffing and security planning, including staffing schedules, role assignments, ballpark dot maps, training, and on-site management for guest services, ticketing, ushering, and directional staff.

Canopy also coordinated concessions with the venue’s in-house operator, including food and beverage offerings, staffing, food truck integration, menu requirements, sponsorship needs, and space planning. In addition, our team developed the event’s wayfinding strategy and oversaw the design, production, approvals, and installation of signage throughout the ballpark. Throughout the event, Canopy provided on-site support for the BaAM productions and MLB team to maximize operational efficiency to bring a safe and memorable weekend for fans, staff, and players.
